Guide prices are indicative. Every job is priced after Vasile sees it, and the agreed price is confirmed before work starts. The scope, timing and payment terms are agreed in writing for each job. Changes requested after work begins may affect the price and schedule and will be discussed first. Cancellations should be sent by message as soon as possible. Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property and identifying known hazards. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
